User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using CouPony at coupony.co or coupony.ru (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Service Description
CouPony is a coupon and deals aggregation platform that collects, curates, and presents promotional codes and discount offers from various third-party retailers. We do not sell products directly. Coupon availability, validity, and discount amounts are determined solely by the respective retailers and may change without notice.
3. User Accounts
To submit coupons or access member features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at support@coupony.co.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not: submit false, misleading, or fraudulent coupon codes; attempt to circumvent rate limits or security measures; scrape or republish Platform content without written permission; use the Platform to transmit spam or malware; or impersonate any person or entity.
5. User-Submitted Content
By submitting a coupon or other content to the Platform, you grant CouPony a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Platform. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, design, software, trademarks, and logos are the property of ООО «Купони» or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that coupons are valid, current, or will function as described. We are not responsible for any retailer's failure to honor a coupon or deal.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CouPony and ООО «Купони» shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including any losses resulting from reliance on coupon codes that prove invalid or unavailable.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates this Agreement or is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Platform. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation for users accessing coupony.ru, and by applicable international law for users accessing coupony.co. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the competent courts of the jurisdiction of ООО «Купони».
